Frequently asked questions
What earns a commission?
Only GiftWeGo Plus subscriptions and Christmas passes of customers you referred: 30 % of the first yearly Plus payment, 10 % of every renewal in the next 2 years (up to 2 renewals) and 20 % of the Christmas pass payment (once – the pass does not renew). Other purchases (credits, single vouchers and bundles, business services) do not earn commissions.
How is a customer assigned to me?
After a click on your link we store a cookie for 30 days. If the visitor signs up during that time, they stay assigned to you permanently. An existing user counts only if they buy Plus or the Christmas pass within 30 days of the click. The first click wins.
When do I get paid?
Each commission is approved after 30 days (customers have 14 days to withdraw). We pay out from CZK 500, €20 or $20 of approved commissions.
What if the customer withdraws or cancels?
On withdrawal or a refund the commission is reduced in proportion to the refunded amount. If the customer cancels the subscription, commissions from payments already made stay yours; there will just be no further renewals.
What amount is the commission based on?
The amount the customer actually paid for that Plus payment or for the Christmas pass (after any discount). We are not registered for VAT, so the price contains no VAT.
