Can I change or cancel my package?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package anytime. Since credits are a one-time payment (not a subscription), cancellation is not needed.
What if I'm not satisfied with the recommendations?
We use the latest AI models for the most accurate recommendations. If you're not satisfied, you can simply generate new tips. You can add specific products to the blacklist so similar items won't be suggested for that recipient again. The system gradually learns your preferences.
How does the gift voucher editor work?
The editor is completely free - you can design unlimited professional vouchers. Downloading the finished voucher in PNG or PDF format is charged as a one-time payment from $1.89 or 20 credits.
