Withdrawal from the contract
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days, without giving any reason and without any penalty. Use the form below — we will confirm receipt by e-mail without delay.
What you need to know
14-day period
The period starts when the contract is concluded, because we supply digital content only. The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal on its last day at the latest.
No reason needed
You do not have to give a reason for the withdrawal. The reason field in the form is purely optional.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used.
No account required
The form works without signing in. If you have deleted your account, your right of withdrawal is not affected.
How to submit your withdrawal
- 1 Fill in the form below — your name, e-mail and purchase identification (order number or purchase date, plus product type).
- 2 Submit the form. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without delay, including a reference number.
- 3 We will process the withdrawal and inform you of the outcome within 14 days at the latest.

You may notify us of your withdrawal by any unambiguous statement, for example by e-mail to info@giftwego.com or by letter to the operator's address. The form below is simply the easiest route for you.
