Registration and account creation is completely free. Newly registered users receive 10 AI credits for free, which can be used to generate gift suggestions or check products using the Chrome extension. After using up the credits, you can purchase additional credits as needed.

GiftWeGo is fully localized into 4 languages: Czech, English, German, and French. You can easily switch between languages using the selector in the header or footer.

We use one of the highest quality AI models available today and continuously integrate the best technologies on the market to ensure the most accurate recommendations possible. The quality of results depends on the amount and quality of information you provide about the recipient. We recommend filling in as many details as possible in the recipient's profile for best results. Please note that AI can make mistakes, so we recommend always checking the outputs before making a purchase.

If the AI recommendation doesn't satisfy you, you can simply generate new suggestions using the button for new recommendations. If you don't like a specific product, you can add it to the blacklist so that similar products won't be suggested for that recipient in the future. The system gradually learns your preferences and recommendations improve over time.

The Chrome extension allows you to analyze products directly on e-shops while shopping. When browsing a product on sites like Amazon, Alza, or Mall.cz, you can click the extension icon and AI will immediately evaluate whether the product is suitable for a specific recipient from your profile.

Our AI Checker uses advanced product page detection, so it can automatically recognize products on most e-shops - both large international platforms and smaller local stores. There's no need to pre-configure specific e-shops, the extension intelligently detects product pages on its own.

Yes, each AI product analysis through the Chrome extension consumes 1 credit. After using up your credits, you can purchase another package according to your needs.

The gift voucher editor is a professional online tool for creating custom gift vouchers. You can create a voucher in minutes with your own text, design, and value. You have access to 7 design templates, 1500+ fonts, 3.5 million photos, all emojis, 44+ shapes, and 150,000+ icons.

No! The editor is completely free and you can use it without registration. However, AI features (text and image generation) are only available for registered users. Registration is free and you get 10 credits to try AI features.

No, downloading the created voucher is not free. Prices vary depending on whether you are a registered user or not. Registered users can pay with credits or money, unregistered users pay only with money. The AI assistant in the editor (available only for registered users) can generate texts and images using artificial intelligence. You can generate things like birthday wishes, motivational quotes, or custom images based on descriptions. AI generation consumes credits.

Yes, we take security very seriously. All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers. We store passwords in hashed form. We never sell your personal information to third parties. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

The Chrome extension only tracks basic information about products you actively analyze - product name, price, and description. When you run an AI analysis on an e-shop, this data (including timestamp) is transferred to the GiftWeGo database. The purpose is to allow you to view the history of all your analyses in your account and work with them further. The extension does not track your browsing history or other activities.

Whenever you delete a recipient profile or other data in the application, the data is also permanently deleted from our database. These deletions are irreversible. If you want to delete all your data, you can completely delete your account in the Settings section. After account deletion, all your data including recipient profiles, historical analyses, and unused credits will be permanently removed.
